MORE INFORMATION PROJECT MAP Larger image ABOUT THE SECTION 28 REHAB PROJECT

The Massachusetts Water Resources Authority will hold a public meeting on Thursday, March 4, 2010 to provide an overview of the second phase of its Section 28 pipeline project in Arlington.

The next phase of work is scheduled to begin on March 29, 2010 and will last 8 to 10 weeks. Work will take place on Massachusetts Avenue between Pleasant Street and Medford Street.

The public meeting will be held:

in the Town Hall Auditorium
730 Mass Ave., Arlington
Thursday, March 4, 2010 at 7:00 p.m.

Work will take place on the sidewalk, at a traffic island and at the east- and westbound lanes of Massachusetts Avenue. To minimize disruption to traffic and businesses, work will be performed in small sections and will proceed in sequence. Parking and travel lanes may be restricted at times.
