Judge Stearns Tours East Boston CSO Control Project
Today, Federal District Court Judge Richard G. Stearns took a tour of a Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) control project site in East Boston.

He was joined by MWRA Board member James Hunt and MWRA Executive Director Fred Laskey.

MWRA staff provided Hon. Stearns with an overview of the project and took him on a walk-through of the microtunneling operation. Microtunneling and pipebursting operations for the project should be completed this week.
