MWRA Work to Being in Arlington – Expect Traffic Delays |
||||||
The Massachusetts Water Resources Authority began the second phase of its water pipeline project on Monday, March 29, 2010. The work will take place on Massachusetts Avenue between Pleasant Street and Medford Street and is expected to last 8 to 10 weeks. Work will take place on the sidewalk, at a traffic island and at the east- and westbound lanes of Massachusetts Avenue. To minimize disruption to traffic and businesses, work will be performed in small sections and will proceed in sequence. Parking and travel lanes may be restricted at times. For more information on this project, please visit www.mwra.com. If you have any questions, please call Jeff McLaughlin at MWRA (617) 660-7976.
